#AskTheExpert I am the mother of 19 months old girl...after the C section my weight is 58 before the baby my weight was 48...I want me to get back on 50 or 51...please give me some advice for reducing belly fat...

A. Hi mom Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat and shed extra kilos from your body. U can also do abs and crunches to reduce your belly fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat empty stomach in the morning.
