#AskTheExpert I am renuka 26 years old. I have a baby boy of 7 months and I am also partly breast feeding mother.I delivered the boy through c section. my period was not normal .Period came after 2 months. how to solve this problem?

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. since you are not completely breast-feeding the baby but still you are facing the problem of issues related to periods it could be hormonal imbalance try to do some yoga and meditation apart from this take a healthy diet eat papaya regularly
