my son is 6 months old, till now breast feeding only from 7 th month what is the diet

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. once baby is entering 7th month after completing 6 month start giving complementary foods you can give cerelac nestum or homemade recipes to the baby in small quantity to begin with

Banana, apple, mango, blueberries, kiwi, pears, strawberries, papaya, melon, peach, plums, and oranges. Boil and mash hard fruits like apples before serving it to the baby. You may blend fruits and vegetable purees with formula or breast milk.
