Moong Paul’s water you can also use boiled rice water to feed to your child that’s the lightest form of food in the beginning and then you can switch to vegetable purees all kind of vegetables you can use you have to boil them and just you know join it into a mixture or something and then you can give all kind of fruits as well to the child
