A. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving your child all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Good luck and take care.
