A. hi...# *BreastmilkSupply* 1. Shatavari is very effective for increasing milk supply. Take one spoon with water or milk twice a day. 2. In dinner, take wheat daliya cooked in milk, adding raising n nuts. Alternate with oats cooked in same way. 3. Eat mashed food instead of whole. Like instead of whole roti with sabzi and daal, hand grind roti in tiny pieces, mix daal and vegetables in it, and add lots of ghee. 4. Soak one teaspoon fenugreek seeds in water at night. In morning, boil and drink. Would also make you loose weight. 5. Eat fenugreek seeds Curry. In fact consume fenugreek seeds in all possible forms. 6. Stay hydrated. Drink lots of milk as well as water. 7. Roast fennel seeds, zeera, sua and til. Cool. Add black salt. Use as post meal mouth freshener.
