#AskTheExpert i am mom of a 7.5 months baby. i gained nearly 24 kgs during pregnancy and became 91. now I am 71 kg. what should I do to loose at least 10 kg more.

A. thats great. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
