#AskTheExpert I am getting pain in fingers of hands and legs.Having cipcal 500 twice .Do I need to take Vitamin D tablets too

A. if you are suffering from any kind of pain specially in the fingers or hand it needs to be ruled out before giving any kind of medication so first of all consult your doctor regarding this
