Hello I am getting pain in legs and hands my baby is 20 days old and she is on breast feed should I increase my calcium intake I have been taking only one 500 mg. please reply

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no problem sufficient to take one unless you are having severe calcium deficiency for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
