My baby is not drinking milk ( cow or buffalo milk) he is still on breastfeed, and we giving him ragi and rice porridge, I am worried about his calcium intake, do my baby get enough calcium by only breast feed?

A. yes, do not give cow milk or Buffalo kilk before 1 yr. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year. o. k.
