AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. you can have any milk in pregnancy. tha main thing is to have healthy and nutritious diet. have lots of fluids,soups,fresh coconut water. take fresh fruits and vegetables. eat anything that doesn't cause you trouble. oil food,processed foods,aerated drinks should be avoided. don't eat too much of anything which produces heat in the body
kritiMom of a 5 yr old girl2 years agoA. take it easy, don't judge too much both are good as far as u r getting pure use more water to dilute buffalo milk it will be easy to digest. desi cow milk is much better.
when I was pregnant I had packet milk for some time because of corona everything was shut
