Q.

#asktheexpert I am a mother of 8 month child. Post pregnancy weight 15kg increased. I am still breastfeeding and normal delivery only. shall I start and do excercise and workout? shall I follow diet plan? diet could affect my breastfeeding? pls suggest

A. tru to eat less.You can put aloe vera gel and see. Try to lose weight with exercise ok.that will help you sureTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. Hi parent After six months of delivery you may start it. But consult your gynaecologist once as to confirm if the stitches are healed or not walking , yogasan and pranayam are good. Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water
