Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system.
Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.
Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods
You can walk daily half an hour.
Do aerobic exercise, cycling,
Perform resistance training,
Yoga, Suryanamaskaar.
khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. I think you should get yourself more involved in physical activities, go for walking for atleast 45 mins two time preferably, stay away from junk always and use bio oil for stretch marks, it really works and keep eating green leafy vegetables.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Try applying pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil on the stretch marks. Good luck and take care.
