See The initial days when you deliver a child you are just exclusively breastfeeding the child which is why you feel hungry because child is all the food that you are eating which is why it’s very normal to feel hungry like this but if it is a habit of yours now then you’ll have to put a stop to it to live I need to take a proper consultation with the doctor follow a healthy diet to lose on your weight
