Q.

#AskTheExpert I am a mother of 8 month child. after my pregnancy my weight increased by 15kgs, not a single kg weight is reduced. I am still breastfeeding my baby and it's a normal delivery. and my weight leads to depression. shall I start to excercise and workout? May I follow diet? and It will affect my milk supply? pls suggest

A. keep trying ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also it is very normal after pregnancy. and please have mix diet if fiber and proteins. also avoid oily, junk, and packed food. and also do yoga planks and Surya Namaskar after morning walk. take care
