#AskTheExpert I am 4 months pregnant and having several cold from last 1 month, sometimes nose gets block completely and I face breathing issues. what to do? please suggest I have taken medicine as well but no effect.

Text you can take steam regularly at least three times in the day apart from that you can also go for a homoeopathic medication if you want because if it is been like this for such a long time I think it could be some kind of an allergy that you are going through
