#asktheexpert I am 32 years old and a mother to 1 child of 2.5 years. Since last 2 months during my periods I have noticed very very less bleeding. Any suggestions how to improve this condition.

A. if you have reduced bleeding it may be due to low HB level or due to some hormonal changes so it would be better to once consult with your gynecologist for proper examination and according to that you can take the medications needful
