A. Hi You may require to conti he efforts for atleast 6 to 8 months Add more foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts curd, Butter milk in your diet. Add more Vegetables, salads, fruits. Try to avoid sugar. fried, bakery foods Exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily
