A. Hello mom Now your baby is more than two years old so you should definitely start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in loosing pregnancy weight Do your at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. Also got the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan Happy parenting
