)Warm the oil by rubbing it between your palms.Very gently rub it into your baby's skin, starting with her legs.
)gently pull down from her thighs to her toes in a milking movement.
)Follow the same pattern on her arms and hands starting from her shoulder to her fingers.
)For your baby's chest and tummy, do circular clockwise movements. The circular movements on her tummy, done with gentle pressure, can help move things along her digestive tract.
)Hold your baby's legs below her knee and folding her legs upwards, gently push her knees into her tummy. This will help her pass trapped gas.
)Turn your baby onto her tummy to massage her back. Use big circular anticlockwise movements to move up her back from her bottom to her shoulders. Don’t press down on her spinal cord. This can hurt your baby.

But new research shows that olive oil isn't the best for your baby's skin or your own. Use olive oil sparingly on your little one's skin — and not at all if they have dry skin or eczema.
