Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi no need to do extra things offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day dress your child in weather appropriate clothes keep your child in well vantileted room give Tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning maintain good hygiene
