#AskTheExpert How to reduce weight, after pregnancy... delivery 1 year ago, but still weight is not reduced...Pls give any tips....

A. Hello mom one is it does take time for to recover and get back to your normal self , avoid to starving instead be mindful of what you are consuming , and avoid sugary , processed and refined foods . Start to plan out and give yourself some time to workout for atleast 30 to 45 mins
