#asktheexpert How to reduce weight 5 months postpartum after a c section. I’m a vegetarian Please advice

A. Hi Mom, eat a healthy and balanced diet. have homemade food, include whole grains, millets, milk and milk products, dals and pulses, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats and water to keep hydrated. add small mid-meals after 1 hours and regularize your meal timings. avoid junk, processed food , carbonated beverages, refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats. you can go on walk, yoga or exercises.
