You may even try mixing food that baby does not prefer with those foods that the baby likes for example putting carrots and beetroot in Khichdi or Daliya.
Give finger food to your child which the child can have by self in your supervision. Don't force feed.
give small frequent meals four times a day and up to three fourth Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.
