Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which shoulgud be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

You can go ahead with any kind of exercise that you feel it going to keep you motivated to lose on your weight and proportionate manner and along with that if you can follow a proper diet, healthy and good diet to lose out on to your weight then nothing like it.
