A. Hello mom that requires Patients and also lot of dedication as well too . You can get yourself involved in some form of physical activity as well too , such as brisk waking or yoga or dance workouts etc .for about 30 to 45 days and also take care of your diet and prefer to have small meals at regular intervals and avoid very heavy meals from late evening especially. And be mindful of what you consume and avoid too much of refined sugars and refined and processed foods
