You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Alson take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to tvhe baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
