You can give nutrient dense meals like - palak paneer paratha, ragi pancake, cheese vegetable frankie,mix sprouts uttapam, nuts & seeds bar, makhana, fruit lassi. Include foods like sweet potato, different dals, soya, pumpkin, eggs in your child's meals.

please give daily sun light exposure
