8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey
1 PM-rice and dal or Khichdi with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-fruit juice or vegetable soup
8 PM-dinner.
Before sleeping- glass of milk with pinch of turmeric added to it.
Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies and fruits. With this you can include buttermilk, coconut water, Dal water.
