#asktheexpert How to make sure vitamins and minerals requirements are met for my 2 year old. please suggest healthy as well as tasty meal options

A. hello dear mom if you include all food groups to the diet of the child and the child is eating well and is active also if the growth is good then it is a good sign Include three meals a day and include fruits in between the breakfast and lunch and also Include dryfruits with milk for the child
