A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active in the sun at least half an hour. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Get your child personally examined by your doctor for any vitamin deficiency.
