A. Hi, Balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc is good. Give carbohydrates like rice roti, proteins rich diet like pulses eggs etc and calcium rich diet like paneer cheese curd etc and other seasonal fruits and vegetables soups etc . Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
