Mam many times it’s possible or rather it’s not necessary that always ideal weight should be seen in kids… 2-3 kg less or more is ok but it should not be very less or extremely high
Make sure the child is having balanced diet
Give small and frequent meals
Include 2 serving of seasonal fruits
3-4 katori of vegetables
2 servings of dal, sprouts, soya products
2-3 servings of milk and milk products
3-4 servings of wheat, rice and millets
Include dry fruits also in the diet
Water 1-1.5l per day
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby all home made food which you are making for other family members. Also include eggs chicken cheese rahi porridge soaked nuts and dairy products.
