A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Good luck and take care.
