#AskTheExpert how to keep childrens hydrated & healthy in these summer days ,if they are not willing to drink plenty of water or not eating proper food

A. giving plenty of water fresh fruit juices coconut water vegetable soups to the baby to maintain good hydration and also give homemade foods which are easy to digest little in quantity which is easy to accept
