A. Use a breast pump to pump out milk during and after feedings. This helps in increasing the milk production. Breast compressions help. Try to feed the baby more frequently as when the demand is more, supply becomes more. Feed the baby from both the breasts. Massaging breasts before feeding helps. Eat oats. Include fennel seeds, cumin seeds in your diet. Eat a healthy and well balanced diet. Sleep well. Do not take stress. Drink lots of water.
