A. For feeding healthy to the baby it is Important to feed fresh, home cooked variety of foods. Feed all types if foods like seasonal fruits and juices, chicken, fish, eggs, rice, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, oatmeal with nuts, veg sandwich, besan and beetroot cheela, veg sandwich, mixed vegetable soup, etc. Give 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep him/her well hydrated.
