A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen is. eat protein rich diet. drink lukewarm water. do yoga or stretching exercises . walk for half an hour daily

A. hi if it has been 6 months after delivery ,you can start doing exercises or yoga on daily basis. do chakrasasana, Suryanamashkar, dhanurashan, matsyasan, dhanurashan etc take food items like sprouts, fruits,green veggies etc.in your diet more drink plenty of fluids.
