Take milk with shatavari twice a day (250ml at a time)
take ajwain kadha, dry fruit date ladoo, chicken soup, paneer paratha, Chikki, porridge of dink, milk , sugar & dry fruits, take ladoo of jaggery, garden cress seeds, wheat flour &; dry fruit
Take anjeer. almonds, walnuts, paneer, egg, fish, til seeds. peanuts in your meals.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
