just dont ask them to eat food
let them be little hungry for meals
let them come and ask you for food
give only cooked meals avoid packaged foods and dont give too many options, expalin with love but firmness that they shall eat what has been prepared

please do the following things:
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
but please don't force feed your child
maintain proper gap between meal and snack time.
encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feels hungry.
