#asktheexpert I want to discontinue breast feed ,how to do that no idea ,it seems hard for my baby ,he don,'t sleep with out feed please help me out

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. just try to decrease the frequency and quantity of breastmilk and whenever the child is demanding that milk does give proper diet and also you can apply femite lotion over the nipple
