A. After delivery, stretch marks are common in mothers. To reduce them, include protein and vitamin rich foods in the diet and drink lots of fluids. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel and coconut oil on affected areas 2-3 times a day. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking , jogging, breathing, swimming and Yogasnas.
