Q.

#AskTheExpert how much water should I give my 9 month old....since birth until 6 months I exclusively breastfeed her..now qfter solids Im still breastfeeding on demand...so I don't know how much water to give her....last week she constipated is that because I didn't offer her water??

A. 60ml around, but stands variable If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
