Q.
#asktheexpert how much eggs are too much per day for my 1yr 5 months baby? and he loves fruits, doesn't eat much rice or roti. but will eat 4-5 types of fruits like orange,grapes,apples, Banana, raisins etc daily. is that okay?

but ewually give cerelas, pulses too.
1 to 2 egg per day is fine for yoyr baby,make sure to feed well cooked egg.
