#AskTheExpert how long should I breastfeed a baby during one feeding? how to know he is getting enough? how to increase breast milk?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Feed for 10-15 minutes from one side. If ur baby is active and comfortable, taking proper sleep and feed, gaining weight, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby.. U can have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm.
