Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
try to prevent temperature vadriations around the child
you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold
continue the regular diet of the child
if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
for fever and pain grive paracetamol.
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

Sinarist AF drops can be given to the child so you can give it as per the age and weight currently your child seems to be four months old so you can give five drops three times in the day with a gap of eight hour you can also give steam to the child indirectly two times or three times in the day
