A. only way to lose weight is to do exercises you should do moderate exercise like brisk walking yoga is possible some jogging also take diet less in fats and carbohydrates .

A. U Should just concentrate on a healthy diet plan as well as you should go for any kind of exercise which you really enjoy doing because this way the exercise becomes fun and you lose your weight but you do have to follow a diet also for that you should consult a professional
