#AskTheExpert how do I tread cold and fever during pregnancy. i even have constipation since I've become pregnant, how do I treat that?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if you having cold n fever, than take tab dolo to reduce temp. take steam inhalation 3 to 4 times, a day, drink lots of water.. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Hi parent I suggest you please once consult with your gynecologist please take steam twice a day with steamer please take warm water with salt and haldi twice a day it is very helpful you can apply Babyhug rapid relief roll on on forehead it is very helpful
