A. you had to do moderate exercises which are important like brisk walking yoga take diet less in fats and carbohydrates adequate water is important along with green leafy vegetables . .

A. hi dear mom indulge in heathy eating ..have early dinner and have warm water through out the day. avoid sugar and market based junk food. do half an hour workout every day...do not starve at all. happy parenting
