A. Dear mum, to lose your weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from nuts like almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes.
